Called Tues. 11/10/2020 to inquire about two Honda 2200 watt generators to use with the Honda parallel kit ($2500 plus total cost) on / with my Airstream travel trailer. I asked about their inventory since it would be a few days before I could / would be driving in to Eugene from rural South Lane County. I was told they had plenty of inventory & it would not be a problem. Today I drive in to Ramsey Waite to find several Honda 2200 watt generators but NONE of them had the 30 amp receptacle which is required for parallel capable? I guess Cascade Lawn & Garden or PAPE will be getting my business.
Provided a written quote for a Kawasaki vehicle good through the end of the month. I contacted them to complete the purchase well before the ‘promotional’ period ended and was told the price of the vehicle increased by $1k or 10% due to supply and demand constraints but the salesman instead suggested a lesser vehicle at the originally quoted rate. Hopefully Kawasaki corporate will point us towards an honest dealership or we’ll buy a Honda.
I had the best, hassle free experience I have ever had purchasing a new off road vehicle. Stan was incredible to work with. I feel as though he afforded me every available discount he possibly could. If you haven't shopped here, you really should give them an opportunity to earn your business. I am certain it would be worth your while.
Ramsey-Waite is just OK in my experience. Granted they did get my part quickly I just never feel comfortable in there. The vibe is weird so I am ordering my next round of parts from Procycle.
I went in with the intent to leave with a motorcycle. The salesman was so horrible I left. He had an attitude like he would rather be somewhere else and wouldn't bother putting any effort in to answering or looking up the few question I had. Between this experience and previous bad experiences here, I am fine coming here. I kept going back hoping things would change.... but nothing ever did.
