From the minute we arrived on the lot, we were greeted by a very friendly and professional sales associate named Ron.nHe was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the accessories that were included on each of the different models of trucks we were looking at. He asked very specific questions as to what type of driving we were planning to do with a truck, i.e. off-rode, snow, etc..nAfter we decided on a specific truck, while inside the Showroom, we met with Mark, (Sales Manager) who was also very helpful and friendly. Mark explained all the different types of financing options that we were eligible for.nFinally, we dealt with Dennis, (Finance) associate who was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and personable even though it was after the stores closing hours, which we truly appreciated!nThanks again to these three gentlemen for making our truck purchasing experience an enjoyable one! I have been looking for a truck for my 16 yr old daughter for over a year. We live in Eugene and we went to Bend, Salem, and have checked all over Oregon including Eugene and Springfield. I even stopped and looked in Springfield once, but didn’t talk to anyone. Toyota was running a promotion on the 2020 Tacoma‘s. So I reached out to inquire whether Lithia Toyota of Springfield had any in stock, as well as Capital Toyota in Salem. Salem responded first, so off my daughter and I went. While we were driving Chris at Lithia Toyota in Springfield responded and let me know he’d be happy to help if we didn’t have any luck. Turns out Salem didn’t have the inventory. So we headed to Springfield. Chris let me know they were closing soon, but offered to come in early the next day on his day off on a Sunday to help us! We were able to get a better deal than I thought and my daughter her first vehicle! Thank you Chris V!!!! And Lithia Toyota of Springfield!

Super awesome crew at Lithia Toyota. Made my car buying experience super easy and enjoyable. They’re well rounded in every department and from the sale to the finance office I felt well taken care of. I would highly recommend this location!!!

They tried to deposit my $300 check for $3000. Then a month later I am charged $35 for their bank having to return the check. It wasn't my error it was their banks. I should not be liable. Then it wasn't even a month after purchasing the car for $15k that my change oil light came on! Really?!
