I went to them around June to buy a car. Explained that I'm pregnant and needed a safe and reliable car. They sold me a vehicle with nothing but issues. HAD mold hidden in the middle compartments. Had 2 bad motor mounts, a bad cv axel,.bad tire rod, and 11 year old tires.They said they would have the repairs done on my car and that they needed to order the parts. Took my car in to be fixed.. took over a week to get the car back When I got my car back they put old parts on, and didn't even do it correctly. My tire rod was never screwed back on and my wheel was falling off. I had to have the car towed to a shop and was told that whoever did the work on my car never did it properly and that I'm lucky I didn't have a severe wreck. The car was deemed unsafe to drive by 2 different shops. I explained to them what happened, they said they would have it fixed, took them almost 2 weeks to come pick the car up to fix it. They get it and it took them 12 days to have it fixed again. Paid for my tags in the beginning of August, still have not received anything. Asked her if I could get another moving permit and she said no because I can't get pulled over in Oregon for no tags. I explained that I have a trip I need to take to Nevada in a few weeks and if I could please get one so I would be legal in NV and she said No because they only operate based off oregon dmv regulations. I constantly get ignored. I have had nothing but issues. I have been treated horribly, with little to no help. They just push me and my issues to the side. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They do not care about you, or your safety.
