0 stars if I could. No other orders when I showed up. Asked for one 20 piece and a drink. Sent me up front to wait for my 20 piece. 7 cars and 20 minutes later no damn food. I never get this outraged with service. Always see the good side and these brats are sitting inside while my bag sits under the heat lamp. My ticket time stamp 10:08 pm. I don’t get my food until 10:30. Management get your Sh** together.
It’s fine, but they have a habit of charging for large sizes and then giving medium sizes, especially for fries. It’s happened more times than I can count and while I try to check before leaving, it happens a lot when I’m in a rush. Just be sure to check because it will probably happen eventually.
This is my favorite Micky-d. Real nice people. They try to make your visit pleasant. They do better than most.
For the price and that quick stop for a meal or a snack they have friendly staff and reasonable prices and usually pretty quick to get the. They all have their moments though.
This is the freshest and fastest McDonald’s in Eugene or Springfield. Everything seems to be hot and fresh and I haven’t been let down yet.n4 stars on that part minus 1 because they could improve on customer service and proper covid procedures
