Office rarely open. Office manager doesn't answer phone. Only time you see office people is when they walk around issuing park violations.

Its packed together like a stockyard full of shipping containers, and though the residents are genuinely good hard working families- the ownership has let maintaining the whole property slip into complete neglect. Several times weekly backed up and overflowing drainage often leaving residents exposed to raw sewage etc.

It's a nice place

close together and not marked too well

My stepdad sister manages it, the trailers are decent and I work for them there cutting grass, raking leaves, painting, etc.
