Little Caesars Pizza

Walked in to pick up a pizza and crazy bread that I had ordered online early on a Sunday evening. I was the only customer in the building but I stood there completely unacknowledged for close to 5 minutes while the employee counted the cash register. When he finally finished counting and complaining he asked if I needed to order and I told him I’d placed an order online. He threw up his hands and said they haven’t been getting any online orders, turned around, walked into the back, and started hitting the receipt printer. I didn’t know if that meant they were going to start making it or what. I waited for probably another 10 minutes until a second employee came to the front. There was another customer behind me waiting and when the second employee asked me what I needed and I told him I was picking up an online order. He said okay and asked the customers behind me if they needed to order. He ended up having to talk to them for several minutes before understanding that they had ordered online and wanted to add a few pizzas to their order. The employee said he could add on some hot and ready pizzas and so I had to interject and say “hey, my order was just a hot and ready pepperoni and crazy bread. If you have that made, can I just have my order please?” The employee agreed and I finally got out of there with what I ordered but there’s no way I’ll go back to this location. Pizza was on par. I love Little Caesars but these employees have no desire to communicate to the customer or each other and get orders fulfilled.

The manager wouldn't let me order a custom pizza. The lady I was with couldn't eat marinara and wanted cheese as a substitute. She also didn't want meat so the pizza was a sampler with meat touching what she ate. They were only serving hot and ready which wasn't ready.

Rude kid taking orders! Wount be coming back and would suggest others not to come either. I ordered stuffed crazy bread and they tell me its an online only they won't let you order it if your ordering in store. The kid was then rude after he told me that like I was an inconvenience to him.

I like their $9 supreme-like pizzas sometimes. I stopped by 8-15-2020. I didnt see all of the employees. The 3 I did see including the one who takes the order didnt have mask on. It will be a very long time if I ever return.
