Food wasn't what expected!!

Used to order all of my pizzas from here but had a REALLY bad service order last time after they got a new manager and I'm not going to be ordering there anymore.nOrdered online from their website. Had the wrong pizza delivered and half the order wasn't there. When I called about it, they said it wasn't them I should be calling, I should call the delivery service they use. That made zero sense. The delivery people don't know who I am and didn't take my money, Little Caesar's did.nAfter 45 minutes struggling to explain this to the manager, she finally agreed to make us the pizza that we ordered but that we would have to come pick it up ourselves. We paid for delivery. She said there was no way for her to refund us for that delivery, essentially stealing money from us in the process.nnThe only thing they had to say was to contact the company they contract their delivery service with about it which is impossible because the delivery service did not take my money, therefore cannot refund it. They don't have contract with me, it's with Little Caesars.nnContacted Little Caesar's online about it, got zero answer back.nWe paid $30 dollars for one pizza, breadsticks, and a small soda, and it took us 2 hours and a LOT of unnecessary frustration and arguments just to get what we paid for.nnWon't be ordering our bi-monthly pizza here anymore. It's sort of sad because I love Little Caesars but I'm not dealing with getting money stolen from me.

They wouldn’t even take my order. I stood there for 10 minutes. They saw me and ignored me. I ended up just leaving without saying a word. Never been to a more rude food establishment in my life.

Super fast food pizza but majority of the time the pizza sits past it's timed limit to be in the box. Yuck
