Pizza Hut

The anticipated delivery window was two hours longer than the actual window. I appreciate that our food was early, but I would like a more realistic estimate. Also, the delivery person could not find our place and then yelled at me for not coming downstairs to assist her in finding me.

When you order, the actually do the delivery through door dash. So when you order a box meal with Pepperoni Pizza and instead get chicken and sausage that is not your box meal, you have to deal with door dash.nnGuess that is better in some ways, as the store won’t pick up the phone. Three calls of more than 5 minutes where they picked up and hung up, and then 1 where we gave up after 14 minutes.nnDisputing with our CC if Door Dash can’t fix it.nnReply to Pizza Hut: I already did. Had to dispute it with my CC, since you all told me too bad, deal with door dash.

Pizza arrived in a timely manner, however they tasted old or reheated there was no sauce on most of the pizza. The bread sticks were plain with little flavor. I don't know if they changed the recipe or they just left out everything but the dough and tiny bit of cheese. What happened to pizza huts quality and good pizza. We haven't ordered from them for over a year as the last pizzas we received were grossly under cooked. So we gave them another try. Big mistake and waste of 30 bucks.

I never write reviews, but the experience I had tonight was so awful it garners one. My roommates and I placed an order for one stuffed crust pizza with alfredo base and bacon - super simple - and an order of breadsticks, at 5:00 to be delivered at 6:30.nn6:30 rolled around, and no pizza. I called the store at 7 and asked about the order and the girl I spoke to told me they’re sending it out now, which is already ridiculous that they didn’t send it out until we asked where it was.nnThe pizza arrived 30 minutes later and when we brought it inside the breadsticks were soggy like they’ve been sitting for a long time. and we got the wrong pizza!! We ordered ahead of time so the store would have time to prepare it correctly and get us the right one on time, but they gave us a random pizza (that probably was supposed to go to someone else), and the pizza wasn’t even fresh, it seemed like it was sitting too.nnI called and complained and spoke to the same girl as last time, she told me they would make us the right pizza and send it to us, and that’s the last we heard of them. An hour later and no pizza, so we called again. My roommate spoke with Brian - who was really helpful, and I wish I had spoken with him hours ago because the girl didn’t have our order remade or sent out AT ALL. I promise we were polite and clear about it too - I can understand being backed up but this is just incompetence, no matter how understaffed.nnWe waited, and waited, and waited, and 9:00 rolled around which is the time the store CLOSES, so we called again. We found out the pizza wasn’t made at all, and we were issued a refund. We found out the girl I spoke to on the phone didn’t even tell anyone about our replacement pizza, which is just downright upsetting.nnThis is ridiculous, I ordered one pizza at 5:00 to be delivered at 6:30, it arrives an hour late, it was the wrong pizza, and the employee never sent us our correct order. We didn’t find out until 9:00, four hours after we ORDERED the pizza. so ridiculous. I get being understaffed, but part of this is just laziness no matter the circumstances. As much as I appreciated the help and refund we eventually got, I don’t see my roommates and I ordering from this restaurant again until the employees figure out how to organize their time and READ THE ORDERS AND RECEIPTS???? like how can you not even check to make sure the pizza is going to the right person, it’s not that hard, speaking from experience in an understaffed restaurant.nnThis is laziness and really disappointing. (Except for Brian, he was great and we do appreciate him).

Never order from this Pizza Hut. Ordered a pizza and it took over two hours and they never delivered it. I called 5 times and was hung up on every time. I drove up to the store and the employees had attitudes and were on their phones the entire time. Finally, they agreed to make me my pizza again, saying it would take another 10 minutes. Worst service I’ve ever encountered. To top it all off, the employee “helping me” took a personal call and walked outside during the whole encounter!!
