I have been trying to get ahold of someone from here for like 2 weeks. I am needing to change my last name and since they aren't doing in person stuff I have to do it through the mail. I have everything I need but I am needing the exact address for where I am to send it to. I keep being put on hold and don't have time to sit on hold for an hour. Their hours are my work hours so I can only do this on my lunch break but everytime I call I don't get anyone! This is ridiculous. Currently been on hold for 20 minutes now and have to go back to work soon. I would like to get this done before my baby arrives in December.

Can never get ahold of anyone it says they're all busy then hangs up on me. I've been trying to get ahold of someone for weeks, when I try to call another location they say I just have to call this one. I'm just trying to get my last name changed! I've already sent in all the paperwork why is this taking so long?!

All I was attempting to do was track where my replacement S S card was. The lady put me on hold for 20 minutes. She never came back on the phone. Only these people could take such a simple request and turn it into such a long and drawn out process. It’s a shame. They’re slow lazy & there’s no accountability.

Glad I was able to process my SSN inspite of the pandemic. They are serving by appointment only,.
