The people in the office are rude, unprofessional and provide little to no help and misleading information. Over worked and under staffed... Same lady at the front desk for years and the same attitude and demeanor...
The WORST ever, it's like the workers get paid to have ATTITUDES and to know absolutely NOTHING. Non custodial Parents like myself, are getting ROBBED and threatened from this place on a regular. But when we call to speak to someone, whether for information regarding our case or whatever... We're met with some attitude and a whole lot of ignorance. It's frustrating when you have a WIZARD behind a curtain taking so much money from you. But when you want to just TALK to them about your case, or hell the WEATHER... WHATEVER, it's an impossibility. The employees are the worst, they haven't any knowledge of anything. They just answer the phones, ask for your information and give you NONE... Transfer you to voicemails, that NEVER get heard nor responded to. It's a blind dead system. If you ask Me, it shouldn't exist if it's to exist like that.

Was in and out in 30 mins. They was really helpful. It's best to get the paperwork you need than come back the next day if you're doing a walk in like I did.
I have been trying for YEARS to get my children's father to pay support. he never shows up for court and they tell me if I don't show up they will close my case. I just don't understand how he pays support for other kids but they act like its so hard to find him. I'm am OVER IT!! My kids are 13 and 16 and we have gotten this far without him. I will not miss another day at work for him not to show. PERIODTTTTT. I ONLY GAVE ONE STAR SO I CAN POST
