The management calls injured learning disabled applicants liars after showing them 10 years of special education testing documents. They will yell at LD applicants on the phone saying that they are able bodied and told not to call again because they don't qualify for help, assuming that they should have a college degree and a good paying job, while asking for an affordable place to stay. Now I understand why so many people choose to live homeless, asking for help is not worth being ridiculed. Indianapolis is not a city that wants to help the learning disabled work. We will be moving on to a place that is more welcomed toward the learning disabled that is looking to work and get an education.

I wish I could rate it a negative 0..My 70yr dad lives here and this building is NASTY & SMELLS....they don't clean the floors or the elevators. I seen roaches crawling while I was waiting for the elevator, and one on the table when I was signing out. My dad is a very clean person and he has roaches now & possibly bed bugs also. He said they been coming to spray for 2 wks, which its not going to help anyways. Its 15flrs of filthiness in this building. Some of these people cant speak up for themselves and its horrible. Not to mention SOME of the tenants also creep me out standing around and giving orders, instead of a real security guard. When my dad lease is up I REFUSE to let him resign that lease. The building across I was also told was owned by them and the living environment is COMPLETELY different.. DONT move you or your loved one in this building.

Management doesn't do the job they are supposed to be doing. They have there tenants become floor monitors.
