Where should I start? This was pathetic from start to finish. We had a leak in a resident’s condo, flooded the common area of that building and unfortunately the property manager on call contacted this company. They came out, set up some big fans or heaters to dry out the carpet and drywall, then disappeared for ONE WHOLE WEEK! The fans ran for about one hour, then apparently threw some breakers and didn’t run the remainder of the week. In the meantime, I had the property manager get a different restoration company, which was out here immediately, surveyed the damage, determined there was wet insulation in addition to the carpet still wet and drywall still wet. We then had to call this company to tell them to come get their fans and then we got an invoice for $340. My first inclination was to not pay it, but then I thought “let’s just be done with this company” and I told the property manager to pay it.nnKeep in mind that in the WEEK that the fans weren’t operating, mold starting forming in our common area walls, no doubt about it. This will require additional mitigation, but we will get it fixed.nnI’ve never seen a restoration company that thought setting up fans and ignoring them for a week was actual restoration. I guess my question is: did these people think that was restoration?

They were wonderful to work with, did quality work and met a strict closing deadline. Would definitely recommend.

Most of the subcontractors and staff used by this company are low quality. Many of the subcontractors Mis-quoted their bids too low for our project and then cut corners to try to make up for their loss. Some of the work completed was by individuals who could not have specialized in the area in which they were working because we failed inspections 3 times and ended up firing the company and having to hire our own contractors. Also - Some of our belongings were stolen.

I've been using Klean Restoration for many years at my multifamily properties. They do all kinds of different services from carpet restoration, mold repairs, smoke damage and more. I am always impressed by how kind and professional their employees are. And even better they're always on time which in turn makes me look good to my residents! Thanks Louis! :)
