I took my Michael Jordan tunesquad jersey in to be clean, and I was 110% satisfied with the outcome. They got my jersey looking brand new literally. Not only that but I had a red stain on the white fabric, and they got that out- you can't even tell there was a stain there. I would totally recommend Tide to all my family, and friends. This is my new go to place for cleanings. They also do shoes wich is a huge plus for me. Also there turn around time was great they had my jersey done, and ready to be picked up in less than 24 hours.

**Updating this review. The manager got in touch with me after hearing back from ownership and was incredibly helpful and polite. It took awhile to come to a solution, but happy we did get to one!nnThis location lost an item around two months ago and I have been calling and leaving voicemails and speaking with workers every week since. Have yet to receive an answer from anyone.

Tide is quick and reliable. If you do dry cleaning or need a regular laundry service their email and texting system is great. Make sure to get one of their speed bags; not only does it make drop off quicker but it means fewer plastic bags at pickup.

Great customer service, Allie was outstanding in my 1st visit explaining everything with detail and kindness. Had great knowledge of the services and explained everything thoroughly. Was very generous and thoughtful with her questions and services offered. I've been back since and the results on my clothes, timeliness to get my clothes back same day or next, along with customer service and quality were my experience both times. Highly recommend, you can't go wrong! & Allie deserves a raise! :)
