This is the second cleaning by Elite and I am extremely pleased!! The men are always on time, friendly, and professional. Their work is thorough and the results are more than worthy of a five star review. Dwayne has great work ethic. I highly recommend Elite Clean Steamers! Dwayne was punctual and professional. The service (carpet and air duct cleaning) was performed efficiently and at the quoted price. Job well done overall.nnMy only small complaint is that one small section of carpet in the master bedroom closet was missed and not cleaned.
Dwayne was was easy to work with, not pushy at all, got us the best price possible and very responsive. He was able to get us an appointment for when we needed it and did a great job of cleaning the carpets for our rental home’s “move out” services. If we ever have to have our own carpets cleaned this is the company that we will be going with!
Dwayne was very professional and showed up on time . Services were excellent and results were impeccable. Anyone with pets or allergies should use this service. I have used them now on two properties and will not hesitate to use them again for future properties. Definitely notice the difference with my allergies.
The operations manager, Dwayne was responsive and able to set up an appointment the very next day. He was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond his duties to fix an additional venting issue. I gave it 5 stars and will highly recommend their service.
