Bought a dress at 10:15am. Went home. Tried it on, the zipper was broken. Came back at 4:30pm to exchange for the same sized dress, without a broken zipper. Was told I couldn’t exchange for a different size because the tag was off and they couldn’t tell if I “wore it out”. I’ve definitely gone to other Forever 21’s to exchange things, almost 30 days later, no questions asked.
