I'm visiting from Florida. Stopped in to get some links taken out of my new watch and the really friendly employee took care of it within just a few minutes at no charge! And she even showed me how to use my new GPS Citizen watch. Absolutely great customer service.

Not sure if this is the one my ma worked at but just putting out there what a good memory it was. She got a job offer to work in a kiosk in Indiana so she took off and later worked in a jewelry company and saw her on a visit once. We had some good times and I miss her.

It was a very productive trip. The store is very nice and they had some nice specials. Amanda was the person who helped me she was very professional and knowledgeable. They also cleaned some jewelry for me at no charge at all. It was a very pleasant experience and I would go back anytime. I would certainly recommend then.
