I had been looking for rings for 3 months and had to check off all the regular jewelry stores like Jared, Kay, etc. Honestly I was scared away from Windsor because of its location right on the circle. I just assumed it would be crazy expensive and a small selection. I was completely wrong. I called the store to ask if I needed an appointment, they said no and told me to ask for Greg. As soon as I walked in I met the owner, Greg, and had a nice conversation about what I was looking for and told him about my girlfriend. By this point at all the other stores they had asked me for my max budget and then immediately tried to push me over it. I was there for over an hour before we talked price. Greg and his wife Lynn walked me through different styles of rings, different stones, and sizes and only talked about price after I brought it up. This is a wonderful jewelry store that doesn’t push to get you to spend every last dollar you have. They truly care about their customers and I really appreciated the experience I had with them. I proposed to be girlfriend yesterday and now she’s my fiancé, partly in thanks to Greg and Lynn. Thank you guys so much!

Quality of the service here is great and the staff is very friendly. We got multiple rings here and the craftsmanship is amazing and left us an extremely satisfied couple. Would recommend to everyone in the area!

Working with Jeremy and the Windsor family ended up being very special for me! My husband and I were visiting Indianapolis from Chicago and he surprised me by taking me ring shopping for our 18 year anniversary! Jeremy was so helpful and attentive and went out of his way to make me comfortable with getting my ring customized long distance. He made sure that I got something I would love forever! I put a lot of trust in them and the outcome blew my mind!! Thank you Jeremy and the Windsor Jewelry family for giving me an experience I won’t ever forget!
