Just started with a trainer for the first time. The experience is very positive and motivating!! My trainer Joey is patient but works very diligently to ensure results. He is very fair and explains as we progress what each exercise is doing. The facility is comfortable, clean and sets the atmosphere for a great workout!! Adam, Jamie and the rest of the team are doing a great job!! Highly recommended!!

ARC is a motivational gym with great equipment and friendly staff. The trainers are knowledgeable and will create a plan to reach your fitness goals. Personal training will help transform yourself with weekly check-ins. They also have a machine which measures your body composition so you can actually track your progress. Would highly recommend this gym!

Low quality coaching. Cookie cutter meal plans. Zero concern for competitor health and well-being. Hostile environment. Self- absorbed, abusive owner. I can honestly say I’ve never written a negative review prior to this one, but it’s the least I can do to warn others. I can’t even share half of what I experienced at ARC...
