I have known Mary for years and her reformer sessions never disappoint! I struggle with chronic pain and Mary is always able to assist and adapt. Over the past two months I have become stronger and am in less pain.nnI love her positive energy and space. Mary is the best for making you feel better. I started reformer sessions to get some exercise, but I've never had an experience like this before - all my aches and pains are gone. Mary knows just the right thing to do to get your body feeling better. Once I overdid it in yoga and had bad back pain after doing back bends - Mary helped me recover. Just recently I had major surgery, and she took me step by step through restoring my movement. Pilates Reformer with Mary is amazing. Highly recommended!
