Invoke Studio

Before the spring I had been going to classes at Invoke once maybe twice a week for about a year or so. I enjoyed the classes but with work and family it was really hard to get there. Once we began sheltering in place Invoke's streaming classes became so important with managing everything that was going on. I love the streaming classes. The instructors know your name and support you on your journey. The on demand classes have been great as schedules have gotten busier with reopening. This summer the outdoor classes have been a great way to get back to a feeling of a community safely. And if you have not been there, Holliday Park is just beautiful at sunrise!

As someone who has had many yoga experiences over 30 years, I am impressed and inspired by the instructors and classes at Invoke Studio. They offer great variety in style, schedule, and location - including an online catalog. There is something for everyone who seeks a better practice - or just the occasional rejuvenating session. The outdoor sunrise and evening locations are beautiful and uplifting!

Invoke Studio has some of the strongest instructors that I've ever had the pleasure of practicing and learning from. When the pandemic closed local yoga studios I searched around for opportunities to practice at studios online that I normally would not have been able to do so in person. I am so thankful for the online and on demand offerings at Invoke. I can't believe how much I've learned in the last eight months. Thank you SO much!

Carol has been cutting my curls for years, like 7 or 8 years! She’s always honest and pushed me to try new things that were still in my comfort zone. She is professional and always good for a laugh. Go see her!

I have been so grateful for their outdoor classes! I am a healthcare worker and must take every precaution I can. So happy that I can go 6 days a week if I wanted!
