Pros: My visit with Almeida was great. She listened and seemed to care about my issues, gave great advice and promptly requested all relevant exams. The nurses at the clinic were also good, and getting blood exams was fast, easy and did not hurt. The office is well located and has private parking for clients.nnCons: While the visit was fantastic, something happened and I won’t be coming back because of it. I did not receive the results of my blood exams for a ridiculous amount of time (almost 2 months). No one at the practice cared to email or call me to give me my results and tell me what to do. I sent messages on their portal and called multiple times, but never got a reply. I only managed to get a response after my 4th or 5th call, several weeks after. I would have been a loyal customer had they just sent me a message when my bloodwork was done. But instead I had to waste time calling multiple times and getting ignored. Come on people, it takes 10 minutes to call and give a response.

Dr. Alicia is an incredible family physician. She is attentive, kind, and thorough. She won over my 2 year old right away and made his check up fun, without rushing us at all. I highly recommend her!

This woman took 45 minutes on day one just to talk and listen to me about what my concerns were and how I got to where I am and her care. She’s absolutely the best, I’d recommend her to anyone who needs a caring, attentive doctor. I felt like I was taking up too much of her time, but not once did she ever seem like she was in a rush. She listens! She is observant! And she is compassionate! I have had one other good doctor in my life in my twenties, but Dr Almeida surpasses that Dr.. I am now forty years old and she is being there for me when I am needing it the most.

I am someone who has a few chronic conditions so I’ve seen my fair share of PCP’s, specialists etc. Dr. Almeida is the first one who I felt actually CARED for. She listens & takes time. I never feel rushed or like anything I’m saying is silly. She believes in whole person care & educating on what issues & condtions one might have. She’s also a family practitioner, so my two children see her also and she is amazing with them. I would suggest Dr. Almeida to anyone who needs a genuinely caring doctor.
