Court of Appeals of Indiana

An unethical court, they don't reply to motions unless you use the e-file system. They are unwilling to accept fax or email and even if you send it via certified mail, they post it to there system almost two weeks later and call it late. Simply unethical. Don't waste your time or money seeking justice here.

I want to know why an appeal can only go back one year but audits can go back 3 yrs. That is not fair at all for property tax
