My wife and I were able to get an appointment with Sue J. the same day we called. We were able to schedule a time that was convenient for us after 5 pm.Our paperwork was all completed within an hour. Sue is very professional as well as extremely knowledgeable. We would highly recommend Sue and the entire team in the Springfield office. A very big thank you:)

Professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge of tax advisor is what I come back to use H&R Block for many years. I definitely feel that I pay for the service that I receive at H&R since I don't know much about IRS rules. I just bring information that I need to my tax advisor and she does it all!
