If I could I would rate them a zero. I’ve been here 3 times now. The first experience I had I was having heavy bleeding for 2 weeks then I would spot for about a week and go 2 months without a period. I thought it was a thyroid issue, they did a pregnancy test on me (negative) and then did a Pap smear (later I was told that they don’t do that on women under 21 per their policy). At the time I was younger than 21 yet they still did the test but they never called me about the results and just told me I was normal and because I’m “young” my menstrual cycle is trying to find its pattern. My boyfriend was with me and she was very rude to him during the visit. Fast forward my second visit I still had problems with my cycle but I had started to heavily bleed like going through an ultra tampon and 2 pads every 40-45 mins for several days. They did another pregnancy test on me and then told me I needed blood work done. I told them I would go to the hospital and have it done since I’m a hard poke. The nurse left the room came back and said no our office has to draw it. She stuck me over 4 times and bruised me. She then told me to go to the hospital. I did. They told me to wait 2 weeks before coming back for a check up and refused to examine me and told me I would be ok. Fast forward 2 weeks my 3rd visit. I brought my mother with me for the results upon checking in the receptionist informed me that my appointment had been canceled without them contacting me. Both me and my mother had to take off work for this. They told me the next available opening would another 2 weeks out. I argued with them and they told me the doctor could see me in an hour instead. When we finally got her to see me she was upset I had brought my mother with me, then raised her voice and was upset at me when she found out I didn’t take some medication she prescribed for me 2 weeks prior (I was never told of this “medication” on my previous visit) she then informed me that I could’ve hemorrhaged due to how much blood I was losing. Then when I asked for the results of the blood work she claimed I never had any done. I had went to the hospital and got my records while waiting that hour for her to see me. I let her see the records I had and she apologized and looked over them. She then wouldn’t tell me what they meant just said I am once again normal and referred an iud to help “control the bleeding” i declined so she then told me to find a primary care doctor and if I had questions about the terms on the blood work report and what they each mean they could explain because she wasn’t going to waste her time. She then told me she will refuse to see me after this since I am “wasting” her time. So with this being said I am NEVER going back.
