Stacy is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly helpful. She answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. I thought the tax preparation process would be really challenging or nerve wracking, but stacy made it as painless and straightforward as possible. Stacy was so helpful, I was impressed and the customer service was great. She answered everything I asked her and explained the gold guarantee very well. I’ve never filed at Jackson Hewitt in Walmart and it went so well that I will most defiantly return here again.
