I have called several times to cancel an appt for Monday before closing time. Called again Saturday hoping I could at least leave a message. It just rang. No answer, no message, no opportunity to leave a voice mail. However they will definitely charge a $35 no show fee, as they did once before when I couldn't get through. This is a very busy office as most dental offices are in small towns. It takes a couple of weeks to get an appointment. Which means they have plenty of business and business equals dollars. A no show fee? Really? I've been a caregiver for 30 years so taken plenty of clients to appts. At times it was neccessary to cancel and have never seen a no show fee charged anywhere.
