Midwest Trail Ride RV Campground

Only stayed one night due to time restrictions on way back home in September, but loved it and loved the trails. Talked with the owner and some staff in the store. Very nice, friendly and helpful. We are going back Oct. 9-11 for my wife's birthday weekend. Super place!

The place was at one time awesome, older ladies made every meal, there was a different owner at the time. I understand weekenders may think money is everything but the place is a ghost town during the week. I have heard so many stories of people saying they won't be back in my area of Northern KY. I know you can't please everyone but I must say the place was awesome at one time. I know Kim and her husband work very hard but she should not be as nasty and rude to customers. The place is for sale maybe someone who wants to bring it back to customer service based will buy it. My bad experience was when they had a breakfast bar and flys were all over the biscuits. I pointed it out to one of the workers and she covered the fly biscuits up with a screen and let folks eat out of the pan. I thought for sure she would pitch the biscuits but did not. It is amazing how a bad experience can spread to 1000s of people.

This was our first trip to this site. Very nice! Campground is set up right. Very clean showers, lighted and front gait stalls and a nice store for shopping. Trails are wide and good for family riding or groups passing by. Lots of small creek passes. The Covid shut down their Memorial activities but we will definitely go again.

Always a great time! The owners make you feel at home and welcome. The guests are generally respectful and it is easy to make friends here!

Loved this place. My second time here. The owners are so helpful and want to make sure you have a good time.
