Staff is really friendly, and scheduling is really easy. They are a busy place so I totally understand why they schedule months in advance. Only issue I have is, they do not wear gloves when giving shots.

The ladies in the office took great care of me and waited for me to show up even though they were closing. I appreciate it.

Didn't have all the vaccinations when I went for my son's appointment. I understand them being out of the vaccine, but a call to tell me would have been the appropriate thing to do. I took him out of school for basically no reason that day. Also it takes almost a month to get an appointment, but when you go in there they are never busy. They could use someone more friendly at their desk. I have always dreaded having to go here, but not because of the shots, because of the process...

Very friendly staff! Made my sons vaccination experience a good one! Many improvements from the last time we were here.
