My Fiancé and I went to look at some travel trailers during the ongoing pandemic, not really knowing what to expect in regards to procedure for looking inside etc.... We were pleasantly surprised by the staff's friendliness, obvious dedication to safety, the quality of the trailers, and just in general it was a great experience. We would have bought one immediately if we could have. I do not know the name of the lady who took us around to see the different trailers, but she was extremely helpful, kind, and thorough, she also maintained a safe (for the pandemic) distance throughout the time, and made sure everything was sanitized before and after we touched it. The only thing that may disappoint some people is that their selection is somewhat limited, but with the space they have I don't they could stock the place with more amazing trailers. People today should do their research on a dealer before actually going. They are wonderful. The trailers are all weather sealed and decked out.

We were heading to the dunes for the weekend and right before we left, we noticed the toilet in our trailer had a leak. While trying to fix it, the plastic pedal broke off. I had called a Camping World for the same toilet already in it and was told that they would stay for a little bit after closing if we came through late as long as we called an hour ahead (joke was on us, they don’t answer their phone an hour before closing). Well, we got there as all of the employees were leaving and they refused to help. I then searched for dealers of Dometic along the entire coastline. First thing in the morning (well before opening) I had an email saying that they had that toilet in stock. We headed to Florence so we could get there right at opening, as we were pulling in they called and said they had one and were setting it aside for us. We appreciated them calling and following up with us. They were a very friendly and helpful store! Definitely saved our weekend. Prices were fair and selection was good. If you are ever in a pinch, I would definitely suggest stopping by to see them.

I was getting ready to go sand camping and I forgot the top off my freshwater tank. I stopped by and asked if I could top it off and offered to pay. A nice gentleman said I could and asked me to backup near their entrance. A few minutes later a lady came out and in a rude tone told me that they weren't an RV park and that I was blocking their driveway (which I wasn't) and I needed to move. I told her great customer service and just left. Deff will never go in there again and will spend the word to everyone i know. She was a %&%% for no reason.
