Southside Eye Center Dr. Elmore

I've been a patient of Southside Eye Center since 1992 when Dr. Hedges was the owner. Dr. Elmore came on board around 2009 and eventually bought the practise. I liked him immediately. He had the same professional and yet sweet and personable personality that Dr. Hedges had. My vision is extremely important to me and I want a doctor that knows me as well as a doctor with state of the art equipment.

I love coming to Southside Eye Center, Dr. Elmore is absolutely great. He is patient and kind and will answer all of your questions! He always does whatever he possibly can to make you comfortable. The ladies in the office are absolutely amazing as well. I don't think I've ever seen one have a bad day, they're always super nice and helpful! Overall I've never had a bad experience here, they're wonderful!! 100% recommend coming here!!

I want to start this by saying that I'm a diabetic and this appointment was very informative and helpful. I hadn't been to an eye doctor in about five years, so I requested an appointment through the online system. I promptly recieved an email from their staff and had an appointment set up easily. My visit to the office went very smoothly, starting with a very short wait to go back. I interacted with Dr. Elmore and three other staff members and everyone was very courteous and welcoming, especially for a cold, rainy Monday. Dr. Elmore was very thorough in his explanations on my eye health, and talked through his thoughts on how we could best move forward with my care. I ended up needing glasses, and the best part was that I never felt like they were trying to sell me things I didn't need. The options were told to me, but I never felt pressured. I'm very happy that I chose this office for my eye car .

The whole visit was so seamless and simply splendid. Dr. Elmore and the rest of his team at Southside Eye Center know their stuff. They are warm yet thoroughly professional about what they do. There's upfront full disclosure on customer liability. All my questions were answered satisfactorily as well. I'll be back!

Dr Elmore is very thorough and kind. He answered all of my questions fully and was extremely helpful. Martin, was very friendly and helped me pick out my glasses. He was very honest upon which pairs looked good and which were not very flattering. I would highly recommend Dr Elmore and his entire staff.
