Really enjoy this provider, enough so that I have moved an hour north but continue to use her as my PCP; however, her office staff is, unfortunately, quite incompetent. I was supposed to get a referral; I got it two weeks after my initial appt only after following up with them to ask. When I got it, I was only given a first name. I then discovered the doctor I'd be referred to had not been a practicing doctor in IN for nearly 4 years. Mistakes happen, not a big deal. I asked for a new referral, and this time was given the name of a lung doctor when my referral was for a dietitian. It has been over a month since my initial appt and my third referall is to a weight lose surgeon who does not do dietitian/nutrition consults.
