Each person in my family has been here multiple times (especially this year!). The staff has been so friendly. The wait times have been short, sometimes with no wait at all. Everyone is very personable. The doctors we have seen have been very professional and caring. The facility is very clean. Highly recommend

I had to go here after an injury I had at work, even though it was close to close they still welcomed me inside and made sure I got everything I needed to get me feeling better. They were not able to leave until about an hour later! I work in a clinic myself and know it can be annoying when a patient arrives close to close, and if it wasn't for my pain I would have waited until the next day. If any of you girls see this thank you so much for your kindness. They did not rush me out, took the time to get my xrays and explain everything to me. Thank you -Little hobbling veterinary

I love this Express care. I think at some point my whole family has been seen here. I love how they call and check on you a few days after your visit.

When this location first opened, care and service was fast and great. Now - it has fallen greatly. The wait times are consistently over an hour and multiple times have stretched over 2. Every time I’ve had these extreme wait, I have been with small children who do not have the patience for those wait times. Save yourself the trouble and the agony and go to IU health on 135 instead.

This place is amazing. I get PT in this building and the staff are angels. I got my blood drawn with the lab services today. I have a huge fear of getting my blood drawn. I told the lady and she was very sensitive and understanding. It was the fastest blood draw of my life. From the time she stuck me till she was done was maybe a full minute and she collected 2 tubes. She also stuck me fast and accurate. This place was amazing. St Franciscan health care in general has been amazing to me as I have entered into a new diagnosis and met so many physicians, nurses and specialists.
