Continuously miscodes insurance billing resulting in extra charges for services that were never provided. Customer service level has depleted over the years where patients are treated like a number and they just try to cycle you through overbill you and move to the next.

The office used to be excellent. USED TO BE. None of the information given never matches, depending on who you speak to. There is no consistency anymore and for the most part, patient care is horrible. I already left the practice and am transferring my husband out now.

An amazing physician, my family has gone to him for years.
