Going without the treatment I need for my ears because I refuse to deal with office staff attitude.

Drove an hour from work for appointment only to learn all appointments canceled. No notice, and it's impossible to reschedule. They never call back and when you call them, they take your info and say someone will call you to reschedule. I've been calling for the past 4 days. I'm not sure about the quality of their doctors, but their call center is horrible. I advise to look for someone else.

Dr is really nice but office is dirty drab. Elevator was out they didn't tell anybody or warn anybody that it was out so I got the carry a one-year-old and help a four-year-old with a diaper bag and all their paperwork up the stairs to the office.

Doctor Fama is the best hands down, in care and personality
