Park Pediatric Dentistry

We were trying to find a new dentist after a negative experience with a past pediatric dentist. I called the office to make an appointment making sure the office accepted my insurance prior to making an appointment as any person would. I was told by the office that they did so I trusted what they said. After my son received his preventative appointment that should have been completely covered under my insurance I get a bill in the mail for over 200 dollars. I called the office and left a message because I was told that the person who deals with billing was out. I was told my call would be returned after I explained the situation. Never got a call back. Then I get a phone call about a month later by someone from the office harassing me about the money that owed. I explained the situation to them too and they basically told me too bad pay or we will take you to collections. Do not trust these people when you call and ask if they take your insurance because they are completely incompetent. I was even told by the office they hadn't heard of anyone that takes my insurance. That's funny because I just came from another pediatric dentist and I've never had a problem finding a adult dentist myself. So basically now I'm stuck at Christmas time paying a bill over 200 dollars because the office staff doesn't have a clue what insurance they take....Merry Christmas jerks

Dr. Allison and her staff are warm and so friendly, my oldest daughter absolutely loves coming to the dentist! The hygienist was sweet and patient and was just amazing. Just had to juggle bringing both my 3 year old and my 18 month old and everyone made everything so manageable, and Dr. Allison is very thorough and has great bedside manner, we love this office!

I can't say enough positive things about my son's first visit to Park Pediatric Dentistry. Everyone from the initial phone call to the doctor were so incredibly kind and genuinely caring. My 2-year old was not exactly excited about having his teeth examined but the tech and Dr. remained so patient and kind to him (and me!) throughout the entire procedure even taking the time to let my son check out all the tools before starting. I am so glad I came across their practice while looking for our dentist and highly recommend this team!

Very friend and very quick about getting us signed in and taken care of. Super friendly and helped ease the mind of the kiddos getting ready to get teeth pulled! Thank you for being so great!

Both my kiddos go here and we've had such a great experience! My son has special needs and they are so patient and understanding with him. The staff and the Drs have been nothing but kind and caring. So happy I found this place! You guys are AMAZING!
