I always enjoy shopping at Rural King. Didnt find all I was looking for, but had fun, anyway. With COVID upon us, I miss the free, wonderful, hot, buttery popcorn they used to have.

The staff never comes out behind the desk, they stare at you like you’re going to steal, unhelpful, and are incredibly rude when you check out. Would have bought more stuff because the clothes are cute but wanted to get out of there, won’t be going back there anytime soon.

My wife decided to use her giftcard I purchased for Christmas. The floor staff was pleasant enough, but the curly haired brunette cashier was distant and reeked with fake kindness. My wife initially struggled to find the gift card inside her purse and began to panic; the cashier seemed very impatient. Also, the clothing selection are for women 30 and under that enjoy cropped shirts, short shorts and short dresses. We won't be returning.

The penguins are always very nice, the clothing selection is on fleek and the floor tiling is very welcoming. Fine establishment. Would visit again.
