Good people, good deals. I've been to 2 of the stores and had pleasant interactions at both. I also felt like I got a fair price. I definitely recommend giving them a look when your looking for some jewelry.

After shopping several jewelry stores around Indianapolis I stopped into Rogers& Hollands and met Kemeral the store manager, she was able to answer all of my questions and I put a Engagement ring in layaway. I was able to get the ring out this week and gave it to my girlfriend and she absolutely loves the ring, I would recommend Roger's & Hollands to everyone we meet looking for jewelry.

I purchased an engagement ring the first week in July, with understanding we are in a covid-19 pandemic. I had agreed to wait 6-8 weeks to have the ring sized. More than 8 weeks have gone by now, still no ring or even a courtesy phone call to let me know what's going on... I called myself and left a message with no response. I called again and finally got someone. They told me it would be some time in November nowud83dude44 I wish I would of known it was gonna be like this I would have gone somewhere else. I had planned to give my lady a ring on our anniversary and now those plans are ruined. I have other pieces of jewelry on hold there as well I was going to purchase when I picked up my ring... I will not go through this again. I spent over $1000 and I can't even get a refund. Do you think they could of had better communication with me about the delay or even offered a discount after all this frustration ud83dude14

I wasn’t really happy on the ring we bought. I had to keep taking it in and getting it repaired and the ring keep bending and I was not happy with it at all. And the customer care was also horrible every time I took it back I would never get a phone call and letting me know it was done and I would have to call and see if it was done. Over all I will not deal with them again I was not happy at all and she can’t even wear the ring again and had to go buy her a new engagement ring Bc the one I bought keep breaking. I wish I could get my money back on it and it hasn’t even been a year since I have given it to her.
