Sold me scratched rings that weren't the material I asked for and then refused to do fair trade or money back. Grotesquely poor customer service. Man was cussing at me and threatened me. I'm just saying, he's got some problems and is unstable to be working with general public.

I went searching for a nice chain with a nice pendant, the man “helping” (scamming) me was nice, but sadly he was just trying to play me. My mother worked in jewelry for many years and I learned from her a few things about jewelry and I used what I knew. I was told that a pendent and chain made from sterling silver was $400+. Which is impossible, understandable if it were white gold but sadly it wasn’t, do not recommend, go to a reputable jewelry store. (P.S. No refunds, only exchanges within 7 days of purchase) like really what a scam.
