I have been coming to this gym for roughly 5-6 years now. They have accomplished a lot in their remodel, and it looks much nicer inside. I have noticed they have been trying to clean more during the pandemic. My biggest complaint is the front desk staff. Every time I walk in, there is only a select few of employees who will actually say hello and acknowledge you when you walk in. Then there are some who don’t even look up at you, let alone smile at you because they are too busy looking at their phones. Working previously as a front desk employee at another gym, I find this very unprofessional and very stand-offish to people who are members, new to the gym, or looking to join.

Great! Not very many guests and all were following mask guidelines. Was skeptical during this time but will definitely be back

Great improvement. Really doing good things inside clubs. They are cleaning up and improving daily. Good job!

I really do like this gym. The people that go there seem friendly overall. The staff is just ok. I like the amenities, just wish it was better kept.

When I walk in I should be greeted. Sense joining this gym I have been a little disappointed. The cleanliness is questionable, and when I'm working out and roid rage is screaming above my headphones its annoying. Little disappointed.
