This place was amazing! They were very friendly to me, and my children. They make the best smoothies and coffee!!nnThe absolute best thing about this small business, is that they don't fear our tyrannical government. Love the fact that no one was wearing a mask! we will continue to support them always.

Great atmosphere and recently redone. They now offer an array of hot drinks that all come in decaf as well! South side local juice place. Friendly service as well.ud83dudc95

0 stars. left home early to stop and try this place got there at 345 because they closed at 4, according to their website. Already closed. Poor business etiquette. Appreciate the response. Will upgrade to 4 stars, wish you would have updated the website. Will try you out sometime, no need for the free drink.

Since discovering Root to Rise I’ve been nothing short of amazed!! I can come here and know what I am receiving is whole, organic and clean. I’ve never been disappointed in anything I’ve tried and I think I’ve tried just about everything. Now that Brickhouse has partnered it is even better than it already was. Great drinks, great coffee, great food and awesome people!!! LOVE this place!

Extremely disappointed with the services. I’ve been going here for over a year, & recently I started noticing little things that they are ripping you off on. Employees not having mask on or requiring their guest to, really changed my mind on saying something.nDONT BUY THEIR JUICE CLEANSE!!!!nThey make it from the same juicer they make the “walk-in” juices with, yet the actual cleanse is priced higher and doesn’t add up!n& If they ARE NOT FILLING YOUR GLASS TO THE RIM, IT IS NOT THE PURCHASED AMOUNT OF OUNCES! I’m sorry, but I 100% want to get what I pay for and that missing 2-3oz adds up! When I was trying to make sense of it all, I brought it up to the owner, hoping she would have an answer or at least pretend like she didn’t know and fix it forevermore. Instead, she had no reason or answer for why the drinks are priced higher for the cleanse. She was instantly defensive and then proceeded to BAN me from ever going in again. The drink they “comped” (you will see in the pictures below) was my free drink from their loyalty program. Meaning I have bought 10drinks and now get the 11th free. After sending her what SHE ADVERTISED on social media, she still couldn’t give me an answer why I didn’t get what they advertised their cleanse as!!nThen she proceeded to, not only, ban & block me from Instagram, but she blocked MY CATS INSTAGRAM TOO!nBeing one of the only places for fresh juice in Greenwood, I was extremely upset but I honestly already felt ripped off before this happened, and am better off without their negative vibes! They don’t care about their customers they just want your money, even if that means stealing it from you and they will not try to make you feel better about their brand at all.nJust walk away from this place.
