Out of all the furniture stores I’ve been to this was by far the best! They have a huge selection and were very patient helping me find the perfect dining room chairs. We’ve had them for a few months now and have held up to life with a toddler so I know they’re excellent quality. Highly recommend!
I have never experienced such superb customer service! I initially had the pleasure of being helped by James & since I needed to measure my dining room before making my final decision ...I returned & finalized things with Dennis. Both were so patient, beyond kind & helped guide me in the right direction based on my preferences & needs. The selection of shapes, sizes & materials is outstanding! I will highly recommend Dinetteland to all my family & friends!
Maybe if I went in person I would have better luck, but so far I'm far from impressed. I've called the Greenwood location multiple times during business hours, but no one ever answers, and they apparently don't answer their voicemail messages. So, I thought, what the heck, I'll try the Northside location. After all, I just want to find out the price of a dining chair, since they don't include that information on their website. That location DID answer the phone, but then after answering when she asked how she could help me, she told me to call back later because she was busy writing a ticket up for a customer. Don't worry, I'll save you the hassle and time from writing a ticket for me, since we'll just look for new dining chairs elsewhere. Ridiculous!
