TCT Flooring

Travis was great with measuring and while I was in the showroom to pick out the carpet. He was able to accommodate my needed install date, and the carpet price was in line with what I thought it would be. The issue was with the installers. I love my new carpet, but I can’t completely recommend the installers. They put numerous scratches in the paint on doors and woodwork, I watched one of the installers put his foot on the wall to brace himself, and they threw (or dropped) a roll of carpet down the stairs and it smacked into the wall. I guess my saying we just got new paint and to please try to be careful didn’t matter. Then they told me they were done and started to leave when I noticed they didn’t even carpet the top step on my staircase. I called them back in, they carpeted it, and I found out later they took shortcuts on carpeting it. So, I had to have my painter back out to fix what they messed up, and my brand new carpet is already pieced together. Travis did come out to fix the carpeting on the step, but that added another ripping up and relaying/piecing of the new carpet. A couple of weeks later, I found a bubble in the carpet. Travis came out immediately to fix it, which I appreciate. If you are able to lay the carpet yourself or have someone do it for you, I’d absolutely recommend the business. I’m not sure if they use different installers for different types of flooring, and I’m hopeful that my experience with the carpet installation is a rarity.

Great service! The installers did a great job I can’t even see the seams. Communication with Travis was easy and he always responded back to me. Brought samples to my house so this saved me a trip to the showroom. I highly recommend this company for any flooring needs.

Great company to work wit . They laud my flooring a year ago. Two weeks ago I had a under the slab water leak. I called Rob after the leak was fixed he came out, re-layed the floor and reset the toilet. Always nice and ready to help!

So glad I went with these guys. We were referred to them by a friend who I trusted. Travis was willing to accommodate all of our needs and was very responsive, was patient, and guided us to get the carpet we really needed. The installation was fantastic - team came out on time and worked hard within the time frame we agreed on. They left my place very clean and my new carpet looks amazing.
