My doctor retired and my sister recommended Dr. Richert. I found him very helpful and thorough. Living out of town it’s nerve wracking to search for general health care to best suit your needs. I’m at the age where preventive care is important to stay well. I was going to find a new doctor in California but I’m content with Dr. Richert. Not only do I appreciate his medical knowledge but he is a good listener.

I went to him for several years. I hardly get sick so I didnt see him often. I finally need to see him immediately and he had to send me to a specialist but made it sound like I was going to have to had immediate surgery. Saw the specialist and it was nothing like that. Second time this year I was really unwell. I ended up going to the ER, who when they discharged me told me that I needed to follow up with my PCP within a weekend, sooner if I still wasn't feeling well. His office couldn't get the in for an appointment for a month and a half, even after I told them I was just seen on the ER and had been instructed to be seen if i still want well. His office didnt seem to care... they instructed me to go to Emergent care if it got really bad. The lady in office who released medical records is also rude as hell.nI would never see this doctor or his office staff again.
