We just keeping back to Ray Skillman, southside. Sometimes it's Ford sometimes it's Hyundai. We dropped in to take a look at the new Hyundai SUV. The salesman who greeted us called Mike Johnson over from Ford because he had dealt with him last. This is the way to do business. He spend a great deal of time with us going over a possible deal even though we told him we did not intend to impulse buy a car. They were not high pressure but we left there with a new car. They wanted to sell us a car it appears and they continued to make us offers until we couldn't refuse one. Everybody was kind, courteous, personable. Darla was there several years ago when we bought a Tucson, she is still going over every feature in the car at delivery and making sure she has familiarized the buyer with it. That's important with all the features these cars have now days.

I returned to Ray Skillman Southside after 2 years because I was missing the human connection...with the previous dealership, I was just a number. The environment was sterile...robotic like. As soon as I parked at Ray Skillman Southside and was greeted by my salesman, Andrew, it just felt like home. Everyone I encountered were warm and friendly. The dealership was inviting...I didn't feel pressure to buy. I'm so happy to have returned!

We got lucky with salesman Sean when we came in wanting to test drive an Explorer ST. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and treated us like family. The general manager, Ray, was also wonderful to work with. Carrie in financing was super helpful and fun to chat with. I’ve never had such an amazing car buying experience. I just wanted to say we had another great experience at Ray Skillman Ford , leasing 2 new vehicles. We have had multiple great experiences here and I thank Joe Marcello and several of the other guys and gals there who have helped us. They work with us to find the best deal we can in the price range we need. My wife and I appreciate that. Joe especially looks to serve whoever his customer is. The dealers at Ray Skillman Hyundai were exceptional! I flew down to IN from MI to buy a car and Quintin did everything he could to make sure I got everything I wanted at the price that we wanted! Overall great customer service, if you’re looking for people who are personable and make sure you’re getting a good vehicle, they’re your guys!
