We live outside of town and commute in every week or two to do laundry. Usually costs us around $50. Today unfortunately we spent an hour and a half trying to get ahold of the business owners after we had loaded all our clothing and detergents into the machines and fill the pay card with our usual $50... The card is now inoperable after loading money into it. The owners will not answer their emergency number instead forwarding all calls to voicemail. Not having the extra cash but getting desperate to finish the clothes, I tried to purchase a new pay card. Put $2 more dollars in and the machine would not give me a new card either. Fuming... Luckily another patron had an extra card and was able to let us use it to finish. Had to spend another $50 I can't afford just to finish my clothes. All while dealing with an infant. Put a reliable contact number up for your patrons please. I expect a refund of the balance on this non working card.

Pretty nice laundromat, and not a bad price either. It’s about two dollars per load of wash, and $.35 per 10 minutes on the dryer.nnI really like that they use cards instead of change! No more quarters, and the cards only cost one dollar. Plus if you load up a card with $20 at one time, you get a free dollar added on.nnThe only bad thing I have to say about the place, is the dryers are not the best. I put my wash on normal for 30 minutes, and I still have to put it on additional time/hang it up, since it’s slightly damp.
This place is clean and well-maintained and all the machines are new. The people who run it are decent and they take good care of it and are fair. I'm starting to like wash cards better than using change. I had an issue with the wash cards but they resolved it quickly and fairly. This is the go to laundromat in Hines and Burns, OR.
Very clean environment and not very crowded. The payment system, in order to use the machines, is a bit confusing at first, but once you get the hang of it it's easy to wash and dry your laundry.
