Just like the other reviewer, I was accused of being a no show!! This happened years ago but I still remember it and it still upsets me. I had to pay a bill even though when I arrived 5 MINUTES late they refused to see my baby!! They claimed my appointment was at 10am but I know when I called to make the appointment they told me 10:30. They would not even listen to me and unfortunately I did not have an appointment card as proof since the appointment was made over the phone. They didn't even call the day before to confirm the time! They did ask if I want to set up a new appointment. I told then NO I will be looking for a new doctor. We had seen Dr. Mader twice before and already didn't like him. At our previous appointment he checked my son's ears, his ring or something hit my sons face and made him cry. Dr. Mader didn't seem to have a clue what he did and seemed annoyed that my son started crying.

Made an appointment for my husband hen not a new patient but considered one because he seen a diff doctor in the office... but the day if they call and reschedule and make him an appointment over voicemail we’ll we missed that appointment (my husband had just taken off for the first appointment and couldn’t get the other off on such short notice) I called back to reschedule and they said he wouldn’t see him because he was a no show!! My husband isn’t the one that canceled they did and rescheduled one that wouldn’t work for him. And they are saying he owes 30 from a past visit how can I owe him money before I can be seen but be considered a new patient?? This place is a joke
