Jordan is awesome! She is very thorough and knowledgeable when answering any questions. We were very pleased, and would book through her and the agency in the future!
She took extra money from us to upgrade. When we got there, it was nothing like what was showed to us, the room looked like a tiny run of the mill room. We called her bc she assured us if we had any problems to do so and she told us that she couldn't do anything. Have also heard from a few others in town that they had a similar experience.
We went through Four Seasons Travel for our Honeymoon. I am so glad I went here instead of trying to do it by myself online! The staff is extremely nice and helpful and every part of your trip is taken care of , all you have to do is enjoy it!
