Kroger Pharmacy

Even if your doctor calls it in they still make you wait 30 minutes to pick it up. Not friendly and don’t answer your questions. Line is always long and they take forever to help you. They sure take their time when doing stuff. Second lane is never open. Never waited so long for medicine before.

Been using them for years. They were better at the old store. Since using the new store i have had rude customer service and several mistakes. Last time i picked medicine up they had given me the wrong dosage. I didnt realize it until i got home. I got too bad we can't refund it or even credit you for the correct dosage. Plus because of insurance i couldnt get new dosage. I was told to take my old dose 2x instead. Thanks i appreciate your negligence when it comes to my health. :(

Three months in a row, Kroger Pharmacy failed to get my prescription filled, after they had it a week, they failed to even order the drug I have been getting there, once a month, for years! Instead of filling the prescription, they put it in a file, and there it sits until I call them. That’s not the way it works. When the doctor sends a prescription to the pharmacy, they should fill it! So, that’s why I transferred all of my further prescription’s to Meijer. I’m not sure what happened at Kroger Pharmacy, they used to be really good.

The pharmacist is always very helpful when ever I have questions concerning my medication. The Techs are very helpful and kind also.
