Johnson Memorial Health

Well I brought my granddaughter in tonightnwith a fever and sore throat flu symptoms. And I have to say it has been a long time since I have walked into a hospital and have been just absolutely impressed with EVERY SINGLE HEALTH CARE GIVER WE HAVE HAD CONTACT WITH!!! We arrived around 8:00p.m. this evening. We were seen by Dr. White, Kyle and Jess. And I cannot put into words how wonderful they all have been. I know this year has been so very stressful for all in the medical field. But these 3 just did everything so professional, they were so very kind, friendly and patient. And there was one more, I feel horrible I did not catch his name but he brought her an inhaler and he as well took his time and showed her how to use it. And just genuinely kind. Everyone of them was genuine. And that speaks volumes. I mean from the time we walked in, until the time we left, my granddaughter was cared for by, I am saying one of these best, most sincere professional teams I have ever seen in any hospital in Indy anywhere. So thank you so much for the amazing staff you have here. Truly appreciate every one of you. Stay safe.nThank you so much for just being you tonight.nI dont think I used the correct words. But I will just say this , their work ethic, their concern, their patience, their overall attitudes and personality were OUTSTANDING!!!nAfter all they have been through this last year, I personally doubt that I would be as kind as they are. But the overall experience honestly blew me away. I have dealt with public for 37 years, and I'm sure my job is no where near as stressful as what they do daily. And to be so kind, there was absolutely nothing fake about any of them last night. And it shows.. Man kudos to all of you last night!!!

Went to JMH 9/8/20 with chest pains where it was assessed that heart cath/stents were needed and coming from a healthy 49yr old man who'd never had any procedure like this was reduced to a scared little boy quick!.was transferred to IU Methodist where they found 20 40 80 and 100% blockage in my arteries where asap 3 stents were inserted and I am here to SAY thank you Brooke and Dr Barton in ER Mary,Craig,Lissy and Rachel and of course John Allen and Dr Chan for my life!..and Nikki for my insurance!nGod Bless you all and thank youn✌ud83dudc9bud83eudd18

Amazing doctors, super clean hospital.nThey have several specialists in their facility that have done remarkable procedures on my husband foot. Doctors in Kentucky could not help.nHoosier foot and ankle helped him when no one else would

Dr Byerly is the worst doctor I've ever encountered, if you have a true emergency (we did) and he is working, you might as well walk out and get an ambulance to a different hospital. Seeing him is just as good as staying home, actually you would probably take better care of yourself at home than he would.

1st off you never speak to a person. I called 5 or 6 times and never spoke to a person always had to leave a message.nnSecondly I had x-rays done at CDI. CDI said no problem will transfer them to the Johnson memorial cloud. After relating that via voicemail I got a call back where they left me a message saying that we don't know anything about the cloud. I called back and had to leave another message saying that CDI said Johnson memorial hospital has a cloud and they transfer x-rays there all the time. I got a call back and this time instead of saying we don't know anything about it I was told we can't access it.nnThey told me I had to physically pick up a CD of the x-rays and bring it with me. Talk about a major inconvenience especially with the prevalence of Internet and a Johnson memorial cloud.nnFor those reasons and the fact that their office is a 40 minute drive from my home I canceled my appointment and went elsewhere
