I was trying to order a birthday present for my grandson and have it shipped to NC. I was having trouble getting it done on my phone. 2 ladies in the customer service office helped me and they were amazing. I hate that I failed to get their names, because they deserve attention. They were helpful, friendly and so informative.

I came into this store to buy a $200 stand alone cabinet and a chain lock to keep my 2 year old out of it. I started by looking for the lock, I asked 3 different employees for help on locating this lock, they all said the same thing. Towards the end of aisle 4 on the left hand side.. There are thousands of small hardware parts on the shelves at the end of aisle 4 on the left hand side.. For the entire 20 minutes I was searching for this lock, over the loud speaker an automated message was repeatedly asking for customer assistance in cabinets (seems like someone else wasn't having the best of times either). Saying that customer service is lacking at this store is too kind.. Customer service here basically non-existent. Needless to say, I left and went to home depot.

Normally I love shopping at Lowe's one of the few stores I still have faith in. But today was not one of those day's. Went with full intentions of buying a refrigerator with cash in hand went to the store. I had a idea of a fridge that I liked on line but once we got to the store the wife found one she liked better. The Salesman looked and they didn't have that one in store so I ask if I could purchase the floor model and was told he would have to talk to his manager that was somewhere else in the store and that she would probably come by. After a while I walked through the store and found her. When I ask was replied with they don't sale floor models the stocked. And abruptly left with out even checking to see what I was looking for. So needless to say I left without a refrigerator and will be going somewhere else to purchase one. Thank you and have a wonderful day!
